Around age twenty-eight, Spain-born Rafael Navarro began to develop a deep interest in photography. After his first attempts to portray the worlds of reportage, theatre, and sports, he began focussing on the field of plastic arts.

A painter, playwright, poet and author, Vasan´s art reflects very versatile themes and styles. Trained at the College of Fine Arts, Bangkok, some of his paintings are related to nature or erotic motifs, though his mind and most works are preoccupied with problems and issues, such as the exploitation of the poor by the rich and the corruption among politicians and bureaucrats.

Austrian born Spanish artist Enrique Garcia Lozano creates striking, dramatic pieces in the figurative style. The son of renowned opera conductor Maestro García Navarro, Lozano produced the exquisite Opera series in homage to his late father. The pieces vibrantly capture the intense emotional appeal of opera's great heroes and heroines. Large in scale, the works are resplendent in vivid colors and arresting metallic accents.

These exquisite limited edition screenprints are from Lorenzo González' Women series. This Spanish artist is Professor and Head of Drawing at the Fine Arts Faculty of the University of Salamanca. Each one more fascinating than the last, innocent yet sensual, these prints are as beautiful seen individually as they are in their group context.

Graffiti were the most beautiful things I ever saw,' commented Keith. The kids who were doing it were very young and from the streets, but they had this incredible mastery of drawing which totally blew me away. I mean, just the technique of drawing with spray paint is amazing, because it's incredibly difficult to do. And the fluidity of line, and the scale, and always the hard-edged black line that tied the drawings together! It was the line I had been obsessed with since childhood!
