Born in Fort Worth, the journey of Jack Henslee and his art has taken him from coast to coast, but his inclinations always seem to lead him home to Texas and his pretty ladies. Inspired in his youth by traditional illustration disciplines, Jack's first endeavors of creative works focused on Native American and wildlife themes.

    A pin-up girl or pin-up model is a model whose mass-produced pictures see wide appeal as pop culture. Pin-ups are intended for informal display. Pin-up girls are glamour models, fashion models, and actresses. Pin-up may also refer to drawings, paintings and other illustrations done in emulation of these photos (see the List of pinup artists). The term was first attested to in English in 1941; however the practice is documented back at least to the 1890s. The pin up images could be cut out of magazines or newspapers, or be from postcard or chromo-lithographs, and so on. Such photos often appear on calendars, which are meant to be pinned up anyway. Later, posters of pin-up girls were mass-produced.

  • Lara Addams...
    Being an artist was not planned; it all happened by accident, and has continued to develop that way. Every once in a while, some new and  unexpected opportunity has presented itself, and so I've kept on  drawing nudes, as and when I have the time to do so. I still describe myself as an "amateur artist". Lara Addams produces erotic drawings, pinups, and sensual nude figure studies, using pencil and charcoal.
